Why Support Young Artists?
The main problems young artists face when entering the industry in Türkiye are: economic difficulties, insecurity, lack of recognition, and lack of experience.
Here's why SANDEM prioritizes these needs: social justice, the protection of creative diversity, and a culture of solidarity.

Support Offered
a) Mentoring Programs
One-on-one or group mentoring sessions that connect experienced artists with young talent.
Guidance on topics such as artistic development, career planning, and copyright awareness.
b) Training and Workshops
Training sessions on topics such as copyright, workplace safety, stage performance, portfolio preparation, social media usage, artistic rights, etc.
Periodical workshops in collaboration with Akademi-SANDEM.
c) Business and Project Opportunities
SANDEM's young members are directed towards various cultural and artistic projects.
Collaborations with cultural institutions, festivals, and theaters.
"Artist calls" / "application announcements" specifically for young people.
d) Psychosocial Support
As part of artist solidarity, support groups and seminars will be organized, especially to increase the emotional resilience of young people.

Application/Participation Process
All SANDEM members can benefit from these supports.
Applications will be received by SANDEM's relevant committees.
