Membership Terms
Individuals who possess one of the following qualifications may become members of SANDEM:
a) Persons who have reached the age of 15 and are considered employees according to the provisions of Law No. 6356,
b) Artists, cultural workers, trainers and other workers who work or operate in the "Trade, Office, Education and Fine Arts" sector, numbered (10) in the annex to Law No. 6356,
c) Professional or amateur artists working precariously or as freelancers in the field of arts and culture,
d) Students studying arts education and academics working in the field of arts,
e) Foreign artists residing in Türkiye or having an employment relationship with Türkiye.
