Key responsibilities include:
Planning and executing recruitment processes.
Monitoring employee and volunteer registration, contract, and personnel processes.
Contributing to performance, feedback, and development processes.
Supporting the strengthening of internal communication and work order.
Preparing reports and documentation related to HR processes.
Monitoring processes within the framework of labor law and relevant legislation.

Experienced in human resources, labor economics, business administration, or related fields.
Knowledge of HR processes, recruitment, and personnel administration.
Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Strong communication skills, solution-oriented, and respectful of confidentiality.
A team player.
Sensitive to labor, trade union struggles and democratic values.
