The Organization Specialist at SANDEM is responsible for planning and executing organizational activities aimed at increasing membership, and actively participating in field and digital platforms. This position holds significant responsibility in reaching new members, strengthening relationships with existing members, and spreading union awareness.
Key responsibilities include:
Developing and implementing organizational strategies for member recruitment.
Conducting organizational activities in the field and online.
Maintaining regular communication with members and gathering feedback.
Coordinating with local representatives, volunteers, and working groups.
Actively contributing to the union's events, meetings, and campaigns.
Aranan Nitelikler
Preferably experienced in trade union, civil society or organizing work.
Strong communication skills, high persuasive ability.
Adept at working in the field and in a team.
Sensitive to social struggles, labor issues, and democracy.
Possesses planning, monitoring, and reporting skills.
Able to adapt to a flexible work schedule.
